I already signed up package with them since last year at fair. Last week went for trying gown. When I went trying gown, everything seems ok lo. So far don't have the problem like you said, "like some gown they keep it and say is book or buy or pre order by some customer" . Actually everything seems quite good, just 1 thing, my package do not include super designer gown, if want to choose,  must add on RM800 per piece, or, change package. My husband said not worth also, cos super designer gown nowadays only use for indoor shooting, and even when your marriage day, u cannot take super designer gown out also. I think they really want to make money from that., especially for those who sign up the cheaper package, after they attracted by those "special gown", some people willing to change package, bcos of considering once in a life time

my design also like that, the 1st time i saw my design is same like you. 5 to 6 pic in a page, the photo display size will be very small, cos the album size already small. some design is like force to fit in the pic, the outcome unpresentable at all. so i get them to change it, they have change for 2 time about the design output but they change for many time for the edition. cos most of the edition i highlight to them for change din fully change for me.
EG: i tell them 1 of the gown got some problem, plfs helpf me to edit for that particular gown part for all pic i choose. it is very clear that what i wan, and they told me they already take noted and will change according. when i went for next visit, some is change and some is not change.
Lucky finally all this over, everything is done. no need to "fan" that anymore.
My fren 1 really nice, look very class, but i can't remember which studio is that already. maybe can share with you next time.

u went for fitting?? is that mean u sign with them already??they have change the management, so i don really know what they categeries for all gown now. My packges is choose for all gown in the shop, but when i went for fitting and choose for gown, some unhappy thing happen. like some gown they keep it and say is book or buy or pre order by some customer. which i don really like, after i argue with them, finally everything is ok now. It really make me unhappy at that time.
They have change the package, but i don know what packages and how much. But i am sure it is more exp than our previous packages. I do realise they charge RM800/gown nowadays. But my previous packages no need to add 1, after they change the new management, eveything change already. Everything must pay.
Lucky thing is find now. Hope everything is fine.
hiihwalin, you better check few more bridal house and compare the packeges and services before you make decission. Cos i really don know what they offering now.

my design i saw already..hmmm... some okie, some very 'messy'... 5-6 pose 1 one page...
then i felt some of the design the designer like simply do for u , js put some star liddat nia..

 the 10R photo is for me. I also don know what is that for. :P
my design is out, if i didn't compare with my fren 1, sure i will say ok lo. But, after i saw my fren pic in other bridal house, i will say i prefer my fren 1 lo. Anyway, everything is consider over, cos i'm waiting for my album by end of this month.
I have not add my pic into my facebook, once i did, i let u all know la. you may give me your e mail address, so that i add you once i upload my pic.

My fren also same like you, she say her invoice didn't stated for choose all gown, so she has to pay for RM800/pcs. At 1st she don wan to add for it, she plfan to take the gown she use for her pre wedding photo. But she say when she go for the fitting, most of the gown are out and she can't even get the old gown she wear for pre wedding shooting. so sad..........end up she got no choise have to pay for Rm800. She so sad and angry. she say she don even have much choise to choose.
I have confirm my dinner gown, how come they din show me the acc. :(
They told me no choice for my husband coat, only for the size. so, i also don know how is look like.

as mention today, you better check the invoice.......

my invoice stated only can shoose 1 D&L, and the kuar i choose oledi D&L..... so, the 2nd pcs D&L need to pay..

Hi... i just finish my actual gown trying process yesterday. I unable to choose the white gown even in D&L range.... their white gown is with red color flower or small flower one. Really wired. And i dun like those gown with can can.... i like A line...

So, i choose 1 dinner dress in klang and the d&l kuar ..... whereas white gown ...i really can't choose.
hmmm..... go again this weekend.

rental for D&L (old or new) = RM600 --> (initially is RM800, after negotiate is RM600)

Yesterday we oso need to choose our car decoration color and pattern and the flower. And the coat for guy. The actual day coat for guy not bad....quite new and the accessory also quite new.
because i not yet confirm the white gown...so, i unable to see my accessory...but they said normally will give 頭紗 and 皇冠
