fong, if during the ovulation period, my lg n i AA, after that, can i still consume pak chan and pak gong yun? would it affect the embryo if the ovum and sperm join together? thank you..

better stop all the Chinese herbal bcos they will affect the embryo, especially pak gong yun.

huizhi1981, forgot 2 remind u 2 take Folic acid, this medicine will help 4 ur baby grow n better take at less 3 months b4 pre.

the folid acid i bought is 100 tablets for RM6.00. one tablet is 5mg.. what time to take this folid acid? Before breakfast or bed time?
